What is ADO Foundation?

ADO (A Development Organization) is a systems-based initiative designing equity infrastructure through mutual aid, effective altruism, and strategic storytelling. We work across sectors—housing, education, mobility, and more—to close systemic gaps and center collective community voice.

What does “equity” mean to ADO?

Equity means fairness in access, opportunity, and outcomes—especially for those historically excluded. At ADO, we use design, data, and collective voice to ensure systems work for everyone, not just a few.

How is ADO different from other nonprofits or agencies

We blend nonprofit mission with entrepreneurial strategy. We don’t just respond to needs—we design scalable systems to prevent inequity. Our model uses real-time community feedback, data-driven frameworks, and creative marketing to fuel impact.
